Meet our Staff Team
Ben and Jess Dager
Ben serves as the Campus Director for the Navigator work at NIU. He and his wife Jess have been married for twelve years and have three children. Both were deeply impacted for Christ by the Navs in college and have been involved in collegiate ministry ever since. They both love students and believe that investing in students is critical in reaching the nations with the gospel.
Ben is always up for a game of ultimate frisbee, road trips to far away places, and enjoy's a good cheeseburger. Jess loves to read historical fiction, chronicles the wiles of life and motherhood through her blog, and teaches piano and voice in the community.
